What is an Arm Lift?

An arm lift is a procedure that plastic surgeons use to eliminate skin on the upper arm that sags and droops downward. In addition, the surgeon tightens and smooths the underlying tissue, to define the shape of the patient’s upper arm. Localized pockets of fat within the upper arm can also be reduced during an arm lift.

Are you a candidate for an Arm Lift?

The ideal candidate for an arm lift procedure is an adult with a significant amount of arm skin laxity who is a non-smoker and not considerably overweight. You should have been able to maintain a relatively stable weight for some time and/or be in good health.
